TW’s Editor-in-Chief, Simone Sant-Ghuran was recently invited to a private viewing of AKONG LONDON, one of the most sought after international jewellery brands. Nicole Akong, the creative force behind the brand, is Trinidadian-born but London-based.

Nicole Akong was chosen as one of 14 new design talents to watch by Italian Vogue and has been nominated for the “New Designer of The Year” award. Her designs have regularly appeared in: Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Grazia UK; and her jewels are much loved and worn by Amal Clooney.
The Akong London Retrospective Jewellery Exhibition is on at Diamond Boulevard at B3 Wine & Spirits by the Pink Wall, Normandie Hotel, 10 Nook Avenue, Cascade until August 8, 2019 up until 6:30pm.
