Chevon & Marvin
Chevon & Marvin
April 27, 2019
“While hanging out with some friends, Marvin came and sat at our table since he knew one of the guys in the group. Let’s put it this way, shortly after that, we were all in a conversation. We started talking and sharing ideas, past experiences etc. Immediately I felt a connection to him. I felt as though I’d known him for a long time. He is from the South and I’m from Central. We didn’t exchange numbers then. Subsequently, out of nowhere, we met up two months later. Then, he asked me for my number and for some odd reason, I felt compelled without hesitation and speculation.
Time literally slowed down. A year later, we were married on April 27, 2019. We had the most adorable wedding day. I married the love of my life, my soulmate, my best friend, my lover for life. Not a day goes by that I don’t thank the heavens for my gift. My husband is truly a wonderful gift. He tells me I’m his miracle, his healer.
Before the wedding, In November 2018 my husband to be organized for me to attend a workshop called Bride University hosted by Trinidad Weddings at the Trade Winds Hotel, San Fernando. I have to say, attending this event was pivotal in my planning and production of the day. I would like to encourage all future brides to attend the next workshop, you won’t regret it!” – Chevon
