Christa & Gregory
June 15, 2019
“Gregory and I met in 2006. At the time, he was my Mediation Coach and while he thought he was doing his best to teach me best practices in mediation, I thought he was really tough on me! Turns out that his ‘tough love’ worked because I was soon coaching too!
Our relationship as Coaches developed into a friendship, which lead to his law practice, my MBA, 3 SEA successes and lots of happy moments together. From partners in mediation, to partners in life – we are blessed!
At first, Gregory wanted a destination wedding because we know too many people! But then we figured that all we really needed were our children and closest family.
We always celebrate events at Soong’s Great Wall Restaurant, so it was a fitting wedding venue and fortunately, it’s located just at the base of the San Fernando Hill. The food was great, the service was phenomenal, and the setting was intimate and cozy, just as we had envisioned. Our photographer/videographer was my former student, Ohis Oiseoghade of Digital Den. He did the video himself and had a photographer working alongside him. He was easy to work with and provided excellent service. My dress was a Jovani designed gown, with blush pink tafetta and a fully embroidered overlay, with sequins.” – Christa
