Nicki and Adon first met in 2008, at a party. At the time, Nicki was only 17 years old and Adon was 24, so they both didn’t feel that it would work out, because of the age difference. However, in 2012 they met again at another party and soon got together in July, that same year.
Nicki fell for Adon’s dancing moves, his smile and his humour. Adon fell for Nicki’s graceful ways, love for animals and her beauty. After dating for quite a while and taking many exciting trips together, Adon proposed on Christmas Eve by giving her a puppy, with a “Will you marry me?” tag on it. Adon knew how much love Nicki had for animals; so his proposal was “just right!”
They took their time and saved to purchase their very own home, then began planning their wedding.
2020 was the year they decided to get married but then the pandemic happened! They decided on having a micro wedding with just close family, which worked out perfectly. Thye both agreed that having all the time in the world during the first “lock-down” made it quite easy to plan. Nicki enjoyed planning the wedding the most, as she got everything she ever wanted for their wedding. Their theme was, “ALL THINGS BOHEMIAN.”
According to Nicki, “It was incredibly personal, intimate and dreamy.”
Now they live happily ever after, with their three dogs…
